Unless you’ve had your heart set on a specific type of kit aircraft, it isn’t always an easy task to determine which plane is right for you. There are a number of things to consider including:

• Primary purpose of the plane - business (speed and space) or pleasure (flexibility in landing)
• Types of airports you'll be landing at (length and surface)
• Number of passengers
• Budget
• Time to build (you and/or building assistance)

At Kitplane Builders, we are familiar with the various models of aircraft available in the marketplace and we have promotional materials from many of the major manufactures available for you at our facility.

When you work with us we’ll first determine your needs, as well as time/skill/budget parameters. Then we’ll present you with the best alternatives for your situation. Once you’ve decided, we’ll lay out the construction process steps for you – from ordering the plane and parts (engines, avionics, etc.) to notifying the government of your intentions to build a kit aircraft.
